Tufrey Workshop

Since 2009

Jamie and Leanne Tufrey are two very talented people. They create a stunning range of illustrations and promotional art for clients across different markets. Right from the start they understood where I was heading with my brand and have brought my words to life with some incredible illustrations. Initially this was for stories featured in Cosmos Magazine. More recently the Tufreys have worked their magic on my book covers.

And now we have some exciting things planned for future novellas.

Dave Nestler

Since 2012

Dave Nestler is an American icon in the fantasy and pinup art world. I've been a fan of his work forever and in recent years Dave has expanded out into SF art and has done some awesome illustrations for the Star Wars franchise. I approached him in 2012 with the idea for an illustrated collection. This set in motion a series of illustrated short stories and it's been a privilege to see Dave's creative process in action.

The new stories are outside of my traditional SF genre and will be packaged in one or maybe two collections.

Proposal for fiction with graffiti art

I've been writing a number of post-apocalyptic stories with an urban decay theme. At this stage I'm contemplating an illustrated book with graffiti artwork.

Happy to discuss with you.

Proposal for fiction with monochrome art

I've dabbled in flash fiction and poetry for a while now and thought it would be good to bring together an illustrated book. Given flash fiction is quite minimalist, I'm looking to collaborate with an artist who is good with monochrome illustrations.

Drop me a line and we'll see where this idea goes.

The visual element

I love to see words brought to life with amazing illustrations. I'm always looking for new opportunities to work together so let's create something that has never been done before.
